Real Insight. Real Change.
It's time for something different.
You may be successful, self-aware, and capable, yet still find yourself repeating the same patterns and wondering why things aren’t changing.
I believe insight is powerful, but insight alone isn’t enough. Together, we’ll uncover what’s getting in the way and create meaningful, lasting change.

My Approach
On the outside, it may look like you have it all together. You’re capable, self-aware, and the person everyone else seems to rely on.
But internally, it feels different.
You’re overthinking. Comparing yourself to others. Wondering if you’re doing enough, achieving enough, or somehow falling behind. You replay conversations. Struggle to set boundaries. Find yourself stuck in the same relationship patterns. No matter how much you accomplish, it never quite feels like enough.
You’ve probably spent a lot of time trying to understand yourself already. You’ve thought about it, talked it through with friends, and can tell me exactly why you do what you do.
The problem isn’t a lack of insight. The problem is that insight alone doesn’t always create change.
My approach is active, engaged, and focused on helping you move forward. Therapy with me is more than a place to vent. We’ll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, challenge what’s no longer serving you, and focus on creating meaningful change in your life.
We’ll have honest conversations. We’ll laugh sometimes. We may cry sometimes too. But most importantly, we’ll do the work.
Because understanding yourself is important.
But real growth happens when insight turns into action.

I am a licensed Associate Social Worker (ASW) working under the supervision of Kelly Mothner, Ph.D.
One of the hardest things a person can do is realize they’ve spent years climbing a mountain in the wrong direction.
What’s even harder is having the courage to climb back down, change course, and start again.
Before becoming a therapist, I earned my first master’s degree from the University of Southern California and built a successful career in marketing, public relations, and social media, eventually becoming a Senior Manager at Warner Bros. Entertainment.
From the outside, everything looked exactly as it was supposed to. I was achieving goals, building a career, and checking all the boxes.
But the more successful I became, the more I realized I was building a life that looked right on paper but didn’t feel right to me.
So I made a decision that didn’t make much sense to a lot of people: I started over.
I went back to school and earned a second Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver. I graduated with honors and pursued the work I had felt called to all along.
That experience continues to shape how I work as a therapist today.
Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who have spent years doing what they thought they were supposed to do. Meeting expectations, achieving goals, taking care of everyone else, and trying to keep it all together. Yet underneath it, they feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of what they actually want for themselves.
I understand that struggle because I’ve lived my own version of it.
My background allows me to bring both clinical training and real-world experience into the therapy room. More importantly, it allows me to sit with people who are questioning old patterns, redefining success, navigating major life transitions, or trying to create a life that feels more aligned with who they truly are.
Because sometimes growth isn’t about climbing higher.
Sometimes it’s about having the courage to choose a different path.
